Membership - $90 per month for adults
$50 per month for children 17 and under
All child members need to have at least 1 adult member Discount of 1 month, if paid annually.
Membership includes all appointments, telehealth, phone, and chat conversations with the providers, discounts on testing, labs, imaging, We will make every attempt to be transparent with the costs of your care, working to reduce the barriers to quality healthcare.

Brief Visit (up to 15 minutes): $75
Standard Visit (16–30 minutes): $125
Extended Visit (31–60 minutes): $175
Procedure Visit (e.g., skin biopsy): $150 – $300
Vaccine Consult: $15
