Fitchburg Family Clinic offers a full line of laboratory tests, through a partnership with Quest Labs. All samples are collected in the clinic and results are provided on our clinic app or they can be printed at the clinic. All prices for labs are provided up front before services are performed in an effort to be transparent. There is a $40 administration fee charged for each appointment, clinic members do not pay an administration fee.
