Frequently Asked Questions
Members pay a monthly fee to the clinic and that allows them to make appointments to see providers anytime they are available. There are no restrictions, copays, or limits to the care they recieve.
Membership must be held for a minimum of 6 months after which members can cancel. Canceling a membership prior to 6 months will result in a early termination fee of $180.
There are no restrictions on members for making appointments. The team will also be available through messaging and telehealth.
Patients that do not want to become members can use the fee for service link. They will be asked to build a profile and enter a credit card but will not be charged until services are provided.
Members will only have additional charges for labs and imaging services. All fees will be disclosed before services are provided. Fee for service patients will have all fees disclosed before services are provided.
